Order requests
Submitting an order request does not guarantee acceptance. Cactus Rose Soap Co. may accept, deny, or cancel an order at its discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse, pricing errors, stock issues, or inability to fulfill the request.
Payment and confirmation
An order is not confirmed until the business sends payment instructions and payment is received. Product availability may change before payment is completed.
Product information
Handmade products may vary slightly in color, shape, scent, decoration, and appearance. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith but may not show every natural variation.
Allergies and use
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before use. Stop using a product if irritation occurs. Product information is not medical advice.
Shipping, pickup, returns, and refunds
Standard shipping is added at a $6.00 flat rate. Local pickup has no shipping charge. Return, replacement, and refund details will be provided during order confirmation. Custom, used, or hygiene-sensitive products may be ineligible for return except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website to submit fraudulent, automated, abusive, or misleading requests; interfere with the website; access private management tools; or misuse customer or business information.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the business, website, or applicable requirements change. Material changes should be reviewed before publication.
